We are responsible for the processing of your personal data. We care about your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. These guidelines describe what information we collect, our processing of your personal data, and your rights.

Driv Kapital AS ("Driv") will operate this website and will process your personal data on our behalf. They are thus our processor.

What information is collected and processed?
The information collected and processed about you is the information that you choose to share with us by filling out and submitting, for example, a contact form.

This information may include your name, address, zip/postcode, postal address, email address, telephone number, comments, consent, and so on.

What is the Legal basis for processing?
It is voluntary for those who visit the website to provide their personal data in connection with services such as receiving newsletters, notifying their interest in a project or a residence, etc. Our Legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent (GDPR art.6.1.a), that the processing is necessary for the performance of an agreement to which you are party to (GDPR Article 6.1.b) or that processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by [Driv] (GDPR Art. 6.1.f).

All use of our services is voluntary. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or Driv through the contact details provided in this statement. Such withdrawal may be limited to only parts of the processing, such as the receipt of the newsletters.

How is your personal data shared and stored?
We process your personal data as long as we are required by law until you withdraw consent or until it is no longer required for the purposes mentioned above. Retention in excess of this will only occur where this is imposed upon us by law or by a decision from a public authority.

In addition to Alkemist (The Worst AS), who operates this site, Driv will be able to engage third parties to provide services to you, such as sending out newsletters and prospectuses. In such cases, data processor agreements will be entered into with the third parties where it is ensured that their processing of your personal data takes place in accordance with these guidelines and the applicable privacy regulations.

Your personal data will also be shared with third parties to the extent that this is required by law or by a decision from a public authority.

Your Rights and Applicable Laws
To the extent that we process your personal data, you are entitled to the right to access and the right to restriction of the processing. You also have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit your personal data to another controller (data portability). If the personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you can also ask us to correct or delete the information. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority for processing performed in violation of the rules.

How is the information secured?
We strive to ensure that all communication and storage takes place in accordance with established standards and practices for information security, including the use of SSL encryption where it is supported. Additionally, we only use reputable subcontractors who satisfy our security requirements and enter into processor agreements where necessary or appropriate.

If a (potential) breach of applicable privacy laws is discovered, we will contact the affected parties, as well as the relevant supervisory authority, to the extent that such notification is required by the Applicable privacy laws (including the GDPR).
